The front door
Relaunching the website, building a daily content engine and a YouTube channel, and tuning paid search on AI Max and Performance Max.
- Company
- Frontier Law Center, an employment law firm
- Role
- Director of Growth & Operations
- Years
- 2021–2026
The problem
Most companies build their website, content, and ads separately, often with different people chasing different goals. Traffic doesn't always land somewhere built to convert, and content goes out when someone has time. This was no exception.
What I built
- A relaunched site. I set the design direction, gave the developer structured feedback on type hierarchy, layout, contrast, and content width, and wrote direct conversion copy that describes accurately how the firm works with clients.
- A daily content engine, about 10 pieces a week, planned in monday.com, drafted with Claude, and published through StoryChief.
- A YouTube channel, Thirsty for Justice | Employment Law on Tap, hosted by the firm's own people, with a freelance editing pipeline for long-form episodes and vertical shorts.
- Paid search on AI Max and Performance Max. I shifted budget toward the most efficient campaigns, cut the underperformers, ran a negative keyword audit, and tuned ad copy and landing pages campaign by campaign.
The result
- ~10 a week
- content pieces, on a steady cadence instead of whenever someone had time
More important, the pieces stopped working against each other. The site, content, and paid search now pull in the same direction, with ad copy and landing pages tuned campaign by campaign.
Why it travels
A website, content, and paid media are one system with one job: turning attention into customers. I build them to work together and judge them like a product.
Building something that needs to grow without breaking?
I'm looking for a director-level role in marketing, growth, or operations at a company that wants AI doing real work. I'm based in Thousand Oaks and open to hybrid or on-site roles from Ventura County to Calabasas and the San Fernando Valley, or remote.
